Not as many homes were sold in Gordon Heights during 2002, but the homes that did sell, sold for about 2% more than 2001.  The homes in 2002 also sold in an average of 32 days as compared to 51 days in 2001. The homes sold during 2002 also sold for a little bit closer to full asking price.  Lastly, Patterson-Schwartz's percentage of the market share almost doubled in 2002 to 50%
